Well, Nike hasn't admitted to this, but it's painfully clear in some spots that this is all fixed (I'm guessing the part when the Gossip Girl actress proceeds to jump on a moving car and scale a parking structure wall) and the Nike logo is clearly displayed on her top and shoes (in such a way you can tel that you were absolutely meant to notice it). Whatever Nike, your clever. Cookies for you. Own up already.
